After taking ED271, I have gained so much knowledge and skills!  I wanted to do something creative to share what I have learned in this course, so I cooked up a poem.  I've titled it "What I Learned in ED271" and it was inspired by my time in ED271 and what I have gained.  Enjoy!

"What I Learned in ED271"
A poem

 

I took a course called ED271
And my experience there was overall fun
We'd meet up for class twice a week
And used our teacher voice when we speak

​

I want to share some things I've learned
Including all the techniques I earned
Like learning how to create a blog
And use it for more than just travelogs

​

I can also use technology tools
As ways of engaging with students in schools
I learned to use Nearpod, Canva, and Wix
Google Tools, VoiceThread, and all their neat tricks

​

Pear Deck, Socrative, Kahoot, and Emaze
Are resources I can use in many ways
They are free, fun, and easy to use
To incorporate technology in any ways I choose

​

In addition to this, I learned about safety
For using the Internet online mainly
I know about phishing, vishing, and copywrite
Cyber bullying, sexting, and things that ain't right

​

And so with my time in ED271
I learned a whole bunch and had great fun
